The Brownfield package includes major upgrades at Beerwah, featuring heavy rail works, a significant station redevelopment, and seamless integration with the North Coast Line and the Beerburrum to Nambour Rail Upgrade.
The Greenfield package will deliver a brand-new dual-track rail corridor from Beerwah to Caloundra, including two new stations at Bells Creek (Aura) and Caloundra, creating vital transport links for the region's future.

Whatyou'lldo (but not limited to):
Join a large-scale complex project in design phase and move to Site for delivery
Ensure construction-related aspects of the project meet or exceed the required performance targets in relation to time,costand quality
Maintain our contractual schedule/program, including productivity units and extension of time
Engagement and management of subcontractors from tender to scope delivery in a way to embodies our vision to be 'the best people to work with'
Monitor and report on task productivity, financialoutcomesand performing cost control to ensure project targets are optimised
Provide daily support,



team supervision and feedback to field operations to produce high-quality project outcomes against company set performance criteria
Ensure project HSEQ objectives are set,sharedand adhered tomaintainan exemplary safety culture aligned to the values of 'Safety is My Way'
Whatyou'regood at:
Aside from having relevant tertiary qualifications and similar project experience,you'redriven and confident in your management and planning abilities with both contractors/suppliers and project compliance as well aspossesshigh standardsin managing safety,qualityand setting.
You will have experience with civil and/or structural engineering principles across varies mid/high value projects.
Strong Knowledge across either MRTS specifications, TMR or QR related projects.
Demonstrated experience in managing costs, quality, programme and mentoring upcoming engineers
Proven ability to deliver construction across structures, civils or buildings.
