You will manage arrivals, schedule appointments across imaging modalities and handle Medicare, DVA and private billing with accuracy.
Role requires flexibility across 6am–10pm, Monday to Friday, and teamwork with clinical staff to maintain smooth clinic flow.
Prior reception or customer service experience is preferred, with solid communication and computer skills helping patient care.
