Helping Hand Aged Care in Adelaide, SA, is seeking a HELF Specialist to support the rollout of HELF services across residential homes.
You will build robust relationships with residents and families, explain service options clearly, and ensure a resident-centred HELF journey from consultation through agreement.
You will report to the Project & Service Development Manager and collaborate with care teams to drive uptake and improve processes.
