Avant Mutual is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team as the first point of contact for IT support across Australia. You will provide first and second-level support, manage incidents, and help onboarding and asset management with a robust focus on customer service.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a Service Desk or Help Desk role, solid troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Freshservice.
