We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our South Yarra team and take ownership of the club operation while on shift.
n
The Role
n
As Duty Manager, you'll be the operational lead across the entire club, with active teams across Front of House, Gym Floor, Haven and Housekeeping reporting to you during your shift.
n
You'll be highly visible, hands-on and trusted to make decisions in the moment, ensuring the club runs seamlessly and our service and presentation standards never slip.

What You'll Do
n

Lead the whole-of-club operation during your shift
n
Direct teams and coordinate staffing and floor coverage
n
Act as the primary escalation point for members and operational issues
n
Maintain exceptional service, presentation and cleanliness standards
n
Lead opening,



closing and operational compliance procedures
n
Respond confidently to incidents, emergencies and service recovery
n
Manage shift reporting, cash handling and POS reconciliation
n
Partner closely with Heads of Department and the Deputy General Manager
n

About You
n
You'll ideally come from luxury hospitality, private members' clubs, premium fitness or high-end wellness, with previous experience leading people in a fast-paced environment.
n
You're confident, polished and calm under pressure, with solid operational judgement and a genuine understanding of what exceptional service looks like.
n
