Sulles Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tradespersonto join our Team at Pixie Ice Cream, a major ice cream manufacturer with a facility based in Toowoomba, Qld.

This role will suit a self-motivated person who enjoys the challenges of working in a fast-paced continuous manufacturing setting whilst keeping calm under pressure.
n
You will take an active role in the preventative and corrective maintenance of our manufacturing facility and production lines as well as our industrial ammonia refrigeration system.
n
Selection Criteria
n
n
Possess Australian recognized Trade Certificate 3 in mechanical engineering.
n
+3 years proven experience in maintenance.
n
Experience in the food industry preferred.
n
Licensed to perform High Risk work. Forklift preferred.
n
Knowledge of HACCP Quality based systems is desirable.
n
Services and Utilities maintenance experience pneumatics, hydraulics, water system, hazardous substances
n
Experience with P.L.C systems will be highly regarded as would experience in the Dairy Industry
n
Excellent fault finding and diagnostic abilities.
n
Proven understanding of risk awareness, hazard identification and a strong commitment to safety, performance and a safe work culture

Computer literacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Attend and pass pre-employment medical screens.
