What You'll Be Responsible For

Own and enhance the company's financial control framework
n
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all financial processes
n
Strengthen month-end close procedures and internal controls as the business scales
n
Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
n
Deliver clear, insightful analysis to senior leadership
n
Support statutory reporting and audit processes
n
Act as the finance lead for optimising our new NetSuite ERP and general ledger
n
Provide guidance on accounting treatment for new transactions, contracts, and business activities
n
Support the development of accounting policies and documentation
n
n
What You Bring
n
n
CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
n
Strong experience in financial control, reporting, or technical accounting
n
Experience in a high-growth technology firm, or a start-up/scale-up environment is highly regarded
n
Familiarity with NetSuite or another cloud-based ERP (NetSuite experience highly valued)
n
A process-improvement mindset with the ability to build structure in a fast-moving environment
n
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
n
Confidence working cross-functionally and communicating with senior stakeholders
