Design & Build are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join an office fit-out project in Toowoomba on a 7–10 week contract.

Coordinate subcontractors and trades
n
Ensure programme, quality and safety requirements are met
n
Liaise with the Project Manager, client and consultants
n
Manage site inductions, pre-starts and daily site coordination
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-outs
n
Strong subcontractor and site coordination skills
n
Valuable understanding of WHS and site compliance
n
Able to hit the ground running and work autonomously
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Toowoomba-based or willing to travel for the duration of the project
n
n
Contract: 7–10 weeks
n
