What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop to ensure efficiency and productivity
n
Support, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners
n
Monitor business performance and prepare regular KPI and target reports
n




Promote automotive products and services using your industry knowledge and expertise
n
Ensure compliance with quality standards, workplace procedures and safety requirements
n
Maintain a clean, professional and customer-focused environment
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
Proven leadership experience within an automotive workshop, service centre, or similar workplace
n
Strong sales focus with the ability to drive team performance and business growth
n
Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to outstanding customer service
n
Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills
n
Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen residing in South Australia
n
Available to work Monday to Friday plus alternating Saturday mornings.
