Job Description
Long Point Brewing Co. is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The role will oversee daily restaurant operations, staff performance, customer service and compliance, while supporting efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day restaurant operations and service delivery.
n
Manage, supervise and support front-of-house staff, including staff rosters and training.
n
Monitor food, beverage and customer service standards and liaise with kitchen staff.
n
Manage customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
n
Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering of food, beverages and supplies.
n
Assist with budgeting, cost control and operational expenses.
n
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, liquor licensing and workplace health and safety requirements.
n
Recruit,



train and supervise staff as required.
n
Assist with menu planning and special functions in consultation with relevant staff.
n
Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.

Skills and Experience
n
n
Relevant qualification in hospitality and/or restaurant management, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
n
Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role.
n
Robust leadership, communication, customer service and organisational skills.
n
Knowledge of restaurant operations, stock control and food safety requirements.
n
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
