About the Role
n
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our commercial team, supporting the delivery of multiple infrastructure projects across the business.
n
This is a hands-on role working closely with Project Managers and leadership to ensure strong contract management, cost control, and commercial outcomes.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and service agreements
n
Manage contract correspondence, notices, and compliance tracking
n
Maintain registers including variations, claims, and obligations
n
Support progress claims, variation assessments, and cost tracking
n
Validate subcontractor claims and supplier invoices
n




Manage tendering and procurement of trade packages
n
Assist with procurement and subcontractor onboarding
n
Prepare commercial reports and support monthly cost reporting
n
Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation in line with company systems
n
Liaise with internal teams and support project delivery outcomes
n
n
About You
n
n
Degree in Construction Management, Business, Law, or related discipline (essential)
n
3+ years experience in contract administration (construction, rail, or infrastructure)
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Confident communicator able to work across multiple stakeholders
n
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
n
