Join the Team at The Cut Sydney – Casual Runners Wanted!

We're on the hunt for passionate Runners and Section Waitstaff to join the award-winning team at The Cut Bar & Grill – a premium, hatted steakhouse located in the heart of The Rocks.

As part of the Hunter Street Hospitality group (home to icons like Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple, and Saké), The Cut is known for its mouth-watering prime rib, exceptional service, and lively, skilled team.

What We're Looking For
Experience in a premium or hatted venue
Confidence in delivering an exceptional guest experience
Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills
Minimum 20 hours availability (including Friday & Saturday nights)
Valid RSA
