RAC Karri Valley Resort is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a dedicated F&B; team and ensure top-tier service at our Lakeside Restaurant. This full time role reports to the Assistant Resort Manager and includes in office accommodation as part of the remuneration package.
You will oversee recruitment, training, rostering, budgeting, and compliance while partnering with the Head Chef to deliver memorable guest experiences at a premier WA resort.
