We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team. This isn't just about booking cars in for a service – you'll be the important link between our customers and our workshop, making sure every customer feels informed, valued and looked after.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
n
As a Service Advisor, you'll be right in the middle of the action. You'll:
n
Welcome customers and make their service experience easy and professional
n
Listen, ask the right questions and understand what our customers need
n
Keep customers updated throughout the day
n
Work closely with our technicians and workshop team
n
Prepare quotes and explain repairs and servicing clearly
n
Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our customers
n
Make sure every customer leaves feeling confident they made the right choice with Northpoint Toyota
n
