Responsibilities
n
Preparing advices and documentation on instruction from senior lawyers and directors.
n
Involvement in providing timely, strategic, legal advice to clients.
n
Assisting senior lawyers and directors as required.
n
Requirements
n
The successful applicant will ideally possess:
n
Between 0 - 2 years' post admission experience;
n
A practical approach, while being keen to learn;
n




An ability to build relationships and be client focused;
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
n
Strong time management and organisational skills.
n
And depending on PAE, some exposure to or experience in corporate and commercial law, such as:
n
Drafting shareholder, joint venture or other structuring agreements
n
Involvement in transactional matters such as business, share sales, capital raising and share schemes, including due diligence and general assistance in transactional matters
n
Advising clients on a broad range of commercial issues including corporations law, competition law and corporate restructuring
n
