An experienced Organisational Change Lead is required to support a major ICT transformation program within a local council. This contract role will lead change management activities that drive adoption, minimise resistance, and ensure successful implementation of technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
n

Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
n
Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and transition activities.
n
Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
n
Define and track change success measures.
n
Coach leaders and managers through organisational change.
n
Embed change management activities into project delivery plans.
n
n
About You
n
n
5+ years' experience in change management on large,



complex projects or programs.
n
Solid knowledge of change methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Experience working alongside project teams in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
n
Council experience desirable
n
n
