At Westpac, we're transforming how technology is delivered across the Group. We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a critical stream within our Quality Engineering Platform (QEP) and Enterprise Testing Uplift initiatives.
n
This is a high-impact role for a seasoned technology leader who thrives in complex enterprise environments and has a proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs across testing, engineering, platforms, DevOps and technology enablement.

What will you be doing ...
n
n
Lead the delivery and ongoing evolution of the Quality Engineering Platform (QEP) across the enterprise.
n
Drive large-scale technology initiatives involving test tooling, test automation, AI-enabled testing and engineering platforms.
n
Manage program scope, dependencies, risks, budgets, governance and executive reporting.
n
Partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Operations and Transformation teams.
n
Ensure solutions are embedded effectively across the organisation and aligned to enterprise delivery standards.
n
Build strong delivery momentum while balancing speed, quality, risk and customer outcomes. [

Must-have experience
n
n
Deep program management experience within enterprise testing,



quality engineering, DevOps, platform engineering or transformation programs.
n
Relevant program management certifications (PMI, AIPM or equivalent).
n
Demonstrated success leading large, complex technology programs in enterprise environments.
n
Extensive program management experience delivering technology transformation at scale.
n
Solid experience operating within large corporate or highly regulated organisations.
n
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex delivery landscapes.
n
Strong governance, risk management, financial management and planning capability.
n
Experience across technology platforms, engineering, data, APIs, infrastructure and modern delivery practices.
n
Financial Services or Banking experience.
n
