Job Description
St Vincent's Hospital Sydney is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy team at Sydney's Darlinghurst site. This permanent, full time role offers exposure across multiple specialties with a focus on patient-centred pharmaceutical care.

You will provide dispensing, medication counselling and clinical support, participate in weekend and on-call rosters, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of safety and quality care.
