$105,000 – $120,000 + super
Applicants must possess:
Full working rights in Australia
Current Working with Children clearance and all other mandatory certifications
Thorough knowledge of childcare regulations, the EYLF and the NQF
A strong focus on compliance, risk management and quality improvement practices
Experience in the operations of a medium-size centre (75 places)
Experience managing and rostering 20+ educators to always meet minimum mandated staffing ratios
Experience with the Assessment & Rating processes will be well regarded
Ability to manage enrolments to ensure high occupancy levels are maintained year round
Ability to oversee the in-house kitchen to ensure quality meals and efficiency of operation
Ability to build strong relationships with parents, guardians and wider community




Ability to run a well organised office and efficient Centre administration
A desire to spend time 'on the floor' with children and educators to maintain connection
This is a salaried position where the successful applicant will be required to attend to all aspects of the service to ensure its effective operation and to maintain high standards in service delivery.
