Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Workshop Manager & Operations Manager to drive smooth daily operations
n
Oversee job logistics planning & Scheduling
n
Foster a positive, proactive culture and take full ownership of your role
n
Support the achievement of business targets and champion continuous improvement initiatives
n
Monitor workflow, identify issues early,



and implement effective solutions
n
Assist with quoting, pricing, and job cost assessments
n
Double check that painters and blasters are following correct procedures
n
Ensure strict adherence to Quality Assurance processes and industry standards
n

Required Experience & Skills
n
n
Demonstrated leadership experience within a Surface treatment workplace
n
High technical proficiency in surface preparation and coating application
n
Experience with pricing, costing, or estimating work
n
A positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong initiative
n
Proven ability to manage teams, mentor staff, and build capability
n
Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to meet targets
n
Competence in computer-based administration and planning is a bonus
n
Ability to plan, coordinate resources, and manage competing priorities
n
