Job Description
Uniting Communities in Adelaide, SA, AU is seeking a Community Health Nurse (Clinical Nurse Level 2) for a part time role (2 days/week: Tuesday and Friday) to deliver holistic health services in a street health program for vulnerable young people.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide immunisations,
antenatal/postnatal
care, adolescent health, AOD and mental health support, and health education in the community.
