Job Description
Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Team Manager for the Wetherill Park Customer Fulfilment Centre to lead last mile delivery operations and drive safety, cost efficiency and ecommerce KPIs.

You will manage the customer delivery team, collaborate with internal units and third‐party providers to ensure seamless end‐to‐end delivery and online sales growth. A adaptable weekend roster is required and the role offers opportunities to influence cross‐functional teams.
