About the Role
n
As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Luxury Retail, you'll build relationships with clients and candidates, develop new business opportunities and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
n




You'll use your existing sales skills to build a network, win new business and become a trusted recruitment partner within the luxury retail market.

What You Bring
n
n
1+ year of B2B sales experience or 3+ years of B2C sales experience
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
A proven ability to build rapport and influence people
n
A results-driven mindset and high sense of urgency
n
Confidence in business development and sales conversations
n
A genuine interest in building a career in recruitment
n
Previous recruitment experience is not essential. Junior recruiters are also encouraged to apply.
n
Experience in retail, luxury retail, fashion or beauty is advantageous but not required.

Remuneration
n
$55,000-$75,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus commission.
