Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture, and resolve technical and interpersonal issues as they arise
n
Communicate progress, risks and technical trade-offs to senior leadership and stakeholders
n
Champion engineering best practices and coding standards, and drive continuous improvement across the team
n

n
Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or Technical Lead in cloud-based or SaaS environments, with demonstrated progression into a leadership role

Solid backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Go or similar technologies
n
Experience designing and building scalable APIs and distributed systems
n
Hands-on experience implementing authentication protocols such as OIDC and SAML
n
Strong understanding of OAuth2, JWTs and secure session management
n
Knowledge of application security best practices
n
Demonstrated people leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching and performance management
n

n
Ability to balance hands-on technical contribution with team leadership responsibilities
n
Experience building and operating production SaaS applications
n
Experience with CI/CD practices and modern software development methodologies
n
