Broker Service Operations Manager

Senior Operational Leadership | Insurance Broking

An exciting opportunity for an experienced insurance broking and operations leader to take ownership of a large broker support function within a leading national insurance network. You'll lead a large team across onshore and offshore operations, driving strong performance, effective workflows and consistently high-quality service across the broker network.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage workflow, capacity and allocation of work across the function
n
Drive service levels, productivity, quality and operational performance
n
Monitor KPIs and use data to identify areas for improvement
n
Own and manage the operational budget
n
Improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency
n
Identify opportunities to use technology and automation to improve service delivery
n
Ensure effective collaboration across onshore and offshore teams
n




Build a high-performing culture focused on accountability and development
n
Continually evolve the service model as broker needs and technology change
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone with a strong general insurance broking background who has progressed into operations, service delivery or people leadership.
n
Bringing strong knowledge of broking processes and insurance products, alongside experience leading sizeable teams and managing complex workflows.
n
You'll be people-focused, commercially minded and tech savvy, with the ability to use data and reporting to improve performance and find better ways of working.
n
This could be an ideal next step for an experienced broking leader who enjoys developing people and improving operations, but no longer wants to manage their own client portfolio.
