We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Mt Isa Branch team!
n
This is a sales-focused role where you'll build relationships with customers, provide product guidance, and deliver exceptional service across both trade and industrial environments. Creating a outstanding customer service experience, your ability to understand their requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and create a positive customer experience will be key to your success.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to trade and industrial customers
n
Build strong relationships with both business and retail customers, identifying opportunities to add value
n
Assist customers with product enquiries, quotations, and solution-based recommendations
n
Process sales transactions and support customers throughout their purchasing journey
n
Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and merchandising activities
n
Operate a forklift safely to move and manage stock as required
n
Identify and escalat customer or operational issues when required
n

About the Candidate
n
n
Experience in industrial sales , customer service, and/or a similar capacity
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
n
A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
n
A current Forklift Licence (LF) is preferred
n
Experience working with industrial, safety, maintenance, or trade products is an advantage
n
