Boral in Australia is seeking an experienced Employee Relations advisor to advise leaders across our operational businesses on live matters: investigations, disputes, performance conversations and EA interpretation. You will report to the Head of Business Partnering and learn alongside senior practitioners who have been doing this work for years.
