End-to-end management of approximately 130 properties

Well-maintained, local portfolio

No leasing responsibilities

Support from a Junior Property Manager
n
Manageable workload with strong team backing

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

Minimum 2+ years' Senior Property Management experience
n
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
n
Valid QLD driver's licence
n
Excellent communication skills
n
Professional and confident phone manner
n
Organised, proactive and reliable
