We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our property management portfolio, build strong relationships, and convert quality referrals into long-term clients.

What You'll Be Doing
n
You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing and converting new property management opportunities, with a strong focus on internal referrals, investor relationships and business growth.

Your role will include:

Building strong referral relationships with our large internal sales team
n
Converting landlord and investor leads into new managements
n
Attending appraisals and presenting our property management services
n
Developing local market relationships and new business opportunities
n
Working closely with our experienced property management leadership team
n
Delivering a professional,



high-quality client experience from first contact through to onboarding

About You
n
You are confident, motivated and commercially minded. You enjoy building relationships, following up opportunities and winning new business. You understand the value of great service, strong communication and a professional presentation.
n
You may already be an experienced Property Management BDM, or you may be a high-performing real estate professional ready to step into a dedicated growth role.
n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
Experience in real estate, property management, leasing or sales
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
A proactive and positive attitude
n
Confidence presenting to landlords and investors
n
Strong follow-up and organisational skills
n
A current real estate registration or licence
n
n
