The Union Hotel in New South Wales is seeking an experienced cook to join an energetic, fast-paced kitchen led by a dedicated Head Chef and team who are like a big family.

You will work across a busy commercial kitchen delivering quality and modern, cutting-edge food, with a strong emphasis on presentation and hygiene. The role involves approx. 38 hours per week and a rotating Mon-Sun roster.
