Shift: across Monday to Sunday from 5.00am-*****am

THE POSITION
n

Assisting and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of the breakfast buffet offer within the hotel, is delivered to an exceptional standard across our menus and daily specials
n
Breakfast service times 6.30am-*****am
n
Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
n
Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
n
Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control
n
Ensure the protected production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided
n

THE PERSON
n
n
Chef's Trade Qualifications
n
Experience within a high volume and fast paced environment
n
Buffet experience within a hotel is desirable
n
A comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen operations and exciting latest food trends
n
Strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate to juniors & senior members of staff
n
An applied knowledge and passion for understanding OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
n
