Job Description
n
We are looking for our next casual Pool Ambassador to join the team here at the Resort. Working as part of the Food and Beverage team, you'll ensure the pool is a safe and fun place for guests to relax and enjoy. Your main duties will include:
n
n
Monitor and enforce pool safety rules to ensure a positive, secure and safe environment for guests.
n
Offer assistance with poolside amenities,



such as towels and seating arrangements.
n
Keep pool areas clean and tidy and conduct routine inspections
n
Food and Beverage service to guests
n
Greet and assist guests, providing information about pool facilities and amenities
n
Ensuring responsible service of alcohol is practiced at all times
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Current First Aid and CPR is critical for this role
n
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
n
Previous food and beverage service experience is desirable
n
A guest focused attitude and willingness to provide exceptional service
n
A safety-first mindset, ensuring the safety of our guests is a priority and confidence to take action where necessary
n
