About the role
n
Lower Plenty Garden Views is looking for a chef who can make a difference to the lives of our residents.
n
You will be passionate about aged care and supportive of your team of dedicated catering staff.
n
Working with 90 beds in Lower Plenty, this position will be full time ongoing.
n
Your main duties will include:
n
n
Oversight Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm managing the day to day operations of a busy Aged Care Kitchen.
n
Cooking to a set menu
n
IDDSI and allergen awareness essential
n
resident and relative meetings, budget tracking and food ordering via computerised systems.
n
n
About you
n
n
Cert 4 in cooking minimum
n
Aged Care experience preferred
n
Knowledge of computers and Leecare system (desirable)
n
Strong positive leadership
n
n
