We're looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager with a strong paid digital media agency background to join Media33 and work across a portfolio of established retail and performance clients, including The Body Shop and Bowens.

This is a paid media and performance role - not an organic social, SEO, content or community management position.
n
You'll be hands-on across paid campaign planning, setup, optimisation and reporting, predominantly across Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, while also being a confident client-facing digital contact.
n
We're looking for someone with 4-5+ years' experience in a media, digital or performance agency who knows the ads platforms well, can make explicit decisions from the data and is confident talking clients through what's working, what isn't and what should happen next to improve paid campaign results.

What you'll be doing
n
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day digital activity across your clients, including:
n
Developing digital media plans and recommendations
n
Setting up and managing campaigns across Meta and TikTok (predominantly)
n
Monitoring and optimising performance across audiences, creative, budgets and campaign structure
n
Managing budgets, pacing and delivery
n
Reviewing performance and making clear optimisation decisions
n
Turning results into useful insights and recommendations
n
Working with the team to prepare clear and accurate client reporting
n
Being a key digital contact in client WIPs, meetings and campaign reviews
n
Contributing to quarterly business reviews and broader planning discussions
n
Making sure campaigns, budgets and reporting are set up and delivered accurately
n
What we're looking for
n
You'll already be working in a media, digital or performance agency environment and be comfortable managing multiple clients and campaigns at once.

You'll bring:
n
4-5+ years' agency experience
n
Strong experience working with retail, eCommerce or performance-focused clients
n
Strong hands-on experience across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
n
A good understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion and revenue
n
The confidence to interpret performance and make a recommendation
n
Strong client-facing and presentation skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing deadlines
n
A genuine interest in understanding what is driving a client's business performance
n
The right person will be equally comfortable getting into the detail of a campaign and stepping back to explain the bigger picture.
