An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a highly regarded and established real estate agency based in the St George area.
n
This is a fantastic role for a capable Property Manager who enjoys managing their own portfolio but wants strong support around them. You'll manage a residential-only portfolio of approximately ******* properties, with dedicated assistant support, leasing assistance and support with inspections.

With no accounts to worry about and a strong support structure in place, you can focus on building relationships with your landlords and tenants and delivering a high level of property management service.

The Role
n
n
End-to-end management of approximately ******* residential properties
n
Liaising and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Coordinating ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections with support
n
Negotiating lease renewals
n
Issuing notices and breach notices where required
n
Handling maintenance and general portfolio matters
n
Meeting owners and tenants onsite when required
n
Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
n

The Candidate
n
n
Previous residential Property Management experience
n
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable car
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Excellent organisation and time management
n
Confidence managing a sizeable residential portfolio
n
Professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
