About the Role

As our Practice Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our well-established 4 chair Toowoomba practice. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll partner with the clinical team and the Practice Development Manager to ensure our practice runs smoothly and patients receive top-tier care. You'll thrive in an environment that values initiative, resourcefulness, and high‐quality standards, empowering both the clinical and administrative teams to achieve greatness.

This is a full‐time maternity leave cover position commencing in October **** through to January ****. For the right candidate, there may be an prospect to continue in an ongoing 2IC (Second‐in‐Charge) role following the contract.

Experience leading a growing dental practice (ideally 2+ years) as a Dental Practice Manager.
