About the Opportunity
n WW SURVEYS PTY LTD is a leading provider of surveying services for major construction projects across Queensland. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions and our team of talented professionals is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the surveying industry.
n
We're aiming to grow our team of around 50 and build on our current multi-year tier-one projects in Brisbane and Southeast Queensland.
n
We have multiple full time positions available, supporting major construction projects.
n

What you'll be doing
n
Carrying out detailed engineering surveys using the latest surveying equipment and technology
n
Preparing accurate survey sketches, create field set out designs and machine control files, calculate volumetric and area quantities and other documentation to support project delivery
n
Interrogate infrastructure design and identify issues
n
Install,



measure and adjust survey control networks
n
Collaborating with construction teams to provide surveying expertise and ensure projects remain on track
n
Mentoring and supporting junior surveying staff to develop their skills and expertise
n
Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with relevant standards, regulations and company policies
n
What we're looking for
n
Degree qualified in Surveying
n
TMR or RMS experience preferable
n
12d Model office & 12d Field software experience preferable
n
Experience with Trimble hardware preferable
n
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Surveyor, ideally in the construction industry; however we will consider graduates also.
n
Thorough knowledge of surveying principles, practices and equipment
n
Strong problem-solving skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
n
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
