Quality & Compliance Manager

NSW & Queensland - Early Childhood Education (NSW based preferred)
n
This is a senior leadership role focused on strengthening quality, compliance, safeguarding and operational standards across multiple services.
n
You will work closely with Centre Directors and senior leadership to ensure services remain compliant while continuously improving outcomes for children, families and educators.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Oversee quality and compliance across multiple early learning centres in NSW and Queensland
n
Conduct regular compliance audits, centre visits and quality reviews
n
Support Centre Directors to meet and exceed NQS, NQF, EYLF and regulatory requirements
n
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and action plans
n
Monitor compliance with ACECQA and state regulatory requirements
n
Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to Centre Directors and leadership teams
n
Identify compliance risks and implement practical solutions
n
Support services through assessment and rating processes
n
Review policies, procedures and operational practices
n
Promote a strong culture of child safety, quality and continuous improvement
n
Work collaboratively with senior management to drive consistent standards across the organisation
n

About You
n




You will be an experienced early childhood leader with a strong understanding of quality and compliance across multiple services.
n
We are looking for:
n
n
Previous experience in a Quality, Compliance, Operations or Area Management role
n
Solid knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and National Regulations
n
Experience working across multiple early learning services
n
Strong understanding of ACECQA and state regulatory requirements
n
Excellent auditing, reporting and compliance skills
n
Proven ability to coach and influence Centre Directors
n
Strong knowledge of child safety and safeguarding practices
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to travel across NSW and Queensland as required
n
