Our Melbourne operations play a key role in ensuring efficient processing, packaging and distribution of seed across Australia. We have a team of about 20 in the warehouse and another 20 in the office. Our purpose-built facility in Truganina is a safe and friendly environment.

The Role
n
We are seeking a hands on Leading Hand – Processing to join our Melbourne Warehouse team. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day processing activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Supervise and coordinate manufacturing tasks within the processing room
n
Ensure compliance with company policies,



safety standards, and operational procedures.
n
Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
n
Support and train team members to achieve performance goals.
n
Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory control.
n
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
n
n
Skills And Experience
n
n
Previous experience in a processing workplace, ideally in a leading hand role.
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
n
Ability to guide and motivate a team.
n
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
n
Ideally experienced LF Forklift licence, preferable reach truck, we can train.
