SEDA experiencing a growth spurt in the defence sector and is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager.
n
Reporting to the Head of Programs, the Senior Project Manager, will leads complex projects, ensuring successful project execution in line with company objectives.
n
This role is responsible for managing projects and representing the Head of Programs during key customer interactions, such as Mandated System Reviews (MSRs), Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and project kick-off meetings.
n
In this role, you will be responsible for:
n
n
Lead a large multi-discipline engineering team,
n
Lead a product development team from design to manufacturing,
n




Have developed and maintained comprehensive project management plans, processes and systems,
n
Sound knowledge in iterative project delivery cycle and agile project management
n
n
To be successful in this role you must have:
n
n
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
n
Extensive experience managing complex and strategically significant ASDEFCON projects within the Defence industry is highly desirable.
n
Advanced proficiency in PMI methodologies, project scheduling, cost management, Estimate-To-Complete analyses, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
n
Applicants must be Australian citizens eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance to Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1).
