This role requires a candidate with demonstrable end-to-end project delivery experience, grounded in recognised project management disciplines and methodologies.
The successful candidate will be able to:
Lead delivery of a defined initiative from initiation through to implementation and handover using sound project management principles and disciplined delivery practices
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, delivery schedules and quality measures and impacts, proactively identifying and addressing issues and risks
Effectively manage stakeholders, including structured stakeholder mapping, engagement, negotiation and issues management
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle

This role is focused on delivering a specific new platform.
As such, experience delivering digital transaction or portal-based solutions (e.g. web transactions, customer portals, or applications) is essential.
Candidates whose experience is primarily operational or business-as-usual (BAU) delivery, without evidence of leading discrete, time-bound project outcomes, are unlikely to meet the requirements of this role.
