The Role:
n

Build new managements through warm leads, referrals and database prospecting.
n
Convert a steady stream of inbound enquiries and sales referrals.
n
Conduct rental appraisals and secure new business opportunities.
n
Prepare management authorities and listing documentation.
n
Showcase rental properties and host open homes.
n
Drive growth of the rent roll through relationship-based business development.
n
n
The Candidate:
n
n
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration essential.
n
Direct experience in a Business Development role.
n
Be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
n
You will be well-presented, organised and have excellent administration skills.
n
Valid driver's license.
n
n
