As a Part or Full Time Assistant Store Manager with Kathmandu, you'll play a key role in the daily success of one of our South Australian stores.
Supporting the Store Manager, you'll help lead the team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive commercial results while bringing Kathmandu's values to life every day.
You will:
Lead and develop your team - coaching, inspiring, and building a positive, inclusive culture that reflects Kathmandu's values.
Bring a customer‐obsessed mindset - delivering exceptional service and turning outdoor enthusiasts into loyal brand advocates.
Drive operational excellence - managing stock, visual merchandising, store standards, and daily processes to keep everything running smoothly.
