within our Brand & Marketing team:
Customer Insights Coordinator
Sponsorships Coordinator
About WARRRL
Western Australia Return Recycle Renew (WARRRL) is the Scheme Coordinator for Containers for Change, leading Western Australia's recycling revolution.
In just over five years, we have helped divert more than 5 billion containers from landfill, growing the container recovery rate from 33% to 66%, and supporting a diverse network of over 300 refund points.
These refund points create meaningful employment through commercial operators, social enterprises, and not-for-profit organisations across the state.
Now two years into our strategic plan, WARRRL is focussed on delivering the next phase of impact.

About the opportunities
You'll join a collaborative Brand & Marketing team responsible for building awareness of Containers for Change, delivering behaviour change initiatives, supporting commercial outcomes and strengthening community engagement across Western Australia.
Depending on your experience and interests, you may focus on one of the following areas:
Customer Insights Coordinator
Support customer, market and behavioural research initiatives.
Analyse marketing, customer and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Prepare compelling reports and presentations that help inform decision-making.
Sponsorships Coordinator
Coordinate sponsorship activations, campaigns and partner deliverables.
Build strong relationships with sponsors, suppliers and stakeholders.
Deliver content and promotional activity across multiple channels.
Manage timelines, approvals, documentation and reporting.
Identify opportunities to maximise sponsorship outcomes and audience engagement.
About you
You'll thrive in this role if you're equally comfortable building relationships, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
You'll bring:
4+ years' experience in marketing, communications, sponsorships, research or a related field.
Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
You may also have experience in:
Market research, customer insights or marketing analytics.
Sponsorships, partnerships, events or community engagement.
Agency or in-house marketing environments.
