The Office Hotel is a busy venue known for its great quality food, busy lunches and after work drinks as well as having one of the best Sports bars and TABs in Sydney.
We are currently seeking a switched-on and experienced Kitchen Hand to join our team.
This position allows you to combine your passion for hospitality with your drive to grow and develop your career.
Offering ***** hours per week, we nurture talent and promote internally for those willing to expand and further their careers.
This is a casual position.

Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety practices

Responsibilities
Assist chefs with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and mixing ingredients.
Clean kitchen equipment and surfaces after use.
Wash dishes, cutlery, pots, pans etc. by hand or using the dishwasher.
Ensure the kitchen area is clean and tidy at all times.
Help maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock levels of food items.
Requirements
Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen required.
Ability to work flexible hours.
