Experienced Front of House Team Member – Casual Role
A well-established, family-friendly pub in Ballarat is looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Front of House team member to join our team on a casual basis.
Our traditional local venue offers quality pub meals and welcoming service across its bar, dining and outdoor areas.
We're proud to provide a relaxed atmosphere where locals and visitors can enjoy a great meal or drink.
The role
Your duties will include:
Welcoming and serving customers
Taking food and drink orders
Pouring beers and preparing drinks
Running meals and clearing tables
Processing payments
Keeping the bar and dining areas clean and organised
Providing warm and attentive customer service
This is a casual role, and the number of hours is negotiable based on your experience and availability.
About you
To be considered, you must:
Have previous front of house or hospitality experience




Hold a current Victorian RSA
Be confident working in a busy pub environment
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
Be reliable, punctual and a strong team player
Be available to work a versatile casual roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
