About the role:
Deliver exceptional client experiences
through personalised consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance
Achieve individual sales and service targets
, contributing to overall counter success
Build strong client relationships
through expert product knowledge, tailored recommendations, and follow-up care
Maintain a luxurious and welcoming counter setting
that reflects Giorgio Armani's elegance and sophistication
Stay up to date with brand education
, new launches, and industry trends to confidently share insights with clients
Assist with stock management and merchandising
, ensuring the counter is always well-presented and fully replenished
Support in-store promotions, events, and activations
to drive engagement and visibility of the brand
Uphold Armani's brand values
through impeccable grooming, professionalism, and client interactions
Collaborate with team members
