About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to be the main point of contact for clients and the Sales Team via phone, email, and Slack — owning the client experience end to end while supporting key accounts and financial processes.
Reporting directly to the
Director
, some of your responsibilities will include:




Processing orders and following up on invoices and payments
Making outbound calls for relationship building and lead generation
Preparing weekly reports and liaising with warehouses and couriers
Answering inbound enquiries with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Assisting with lead setup, onboarding, and accurate record-keeping
About You
The successful candidate will have:
2+ years experience in a phone-based client service role
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment
Strong Excel and Outlook skills — ODOO and Slack highly regarded
