Service Attendant

Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Service Attendants to join our CSCC team in Woden, Tuggeranong, Jamison and/or the Yacht Club.
These roles are essential in providing exceptional service to our guests in the hospitality and catering industry.
The ideal candidate would contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction, making a significant impact on our operations.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards.




Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining and service areas.
Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Support the preparation and running of our functions and events.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
Valid certifications for a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG).
No formal education required; however, a background in hospitality is advantageous.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
