MinRes is currently seeking an experienced a fixed-plant Planning Superintendent for our Wodgina operations on a 4:3 roster. Reporting through to the Fixed Plant Maintenance Manager, this role will lead our team in achieving operational excellence through reliability enhancement and strategic planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead the planning team, ensuring productive utilisation of resources, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety protocols.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
n
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track reliability metrics, shutdown performance, and project milestones.
n
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, training, and support to team members.
n
n
What is required:
n
n




Extensive experience in a senior leadership role working within Fixed Plant Planning or Maintenance within the mining industry.
n
Trade qualifications within Electrical, Mechanical or related fields as well as a current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
n
Proven track record of successfully leading reliability improvement initiatives and shutdown projects.
n
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and make appropriate decisions
n
Sound Knowledge of Master Data interpretation
n
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities
n
